Burn Cottage is a fully biodynamic 24-hectare estate in Central Otago founded by the Sauvage family and Littorai’s Ted Lemon. From the slightly cooler 2017 vintage, this is innovative blend consists of 67% Riesling and 33% Grüner Veltliner from the upper terraces of the Burn Cottage vineyard. It is bone-dry, medium-bodied and refreshing, with lovely notes of lime, mandarin, peach, camomile and white pepper. The perfect wine for aromatic Asian cuisine.
