This whisky boasts sweet juicy notes of peach and nectarines with florals, blended with delicate old oak. Upon opening, the palate is juicy fruit and sweetness but across the palate is where the magic begins. A change to sherbet notes and exotic spices to provide a mix of savoury and sweet. The finish is elegant and dramatic. The old oak tannins provide a late dryness, all whilst complimenting the sweet floral and spice elements.
