The making of Cenote Tequila is an exercise in the artistry of nature. Water is sourced from an artesian well located at the Cenote distillery at the base of of the Jalisco volcano, naturally filtering the water. 100% Blue Weber Agave is matured for a minimum 6 years before being harvested. The liquid is then double Pot Distilled using a combination of copper and stainless steel pot stills to preserve the vibrant natural flavours.
